Resilience and Wellbeing Network's program was a transformational experience. The program helped me rediscover what motivates me, reconnected me with my passions, and most importantly, helped me find balance between my outer world and my inner being. The coaching helped me identify those areas that were most important to my own well-being, which catalyzed a meaningful change in behavior and supported my mental health. After having completed Resilience and Wellbeing Network's program, I was better equipped to create beneficial boundaries and hold true to what was most important to me.
My experience with the program was eye-opening. Jessica and Samantha shared and implemented great strategies with me to become a better interviewee.
